With the Wellbutrin you should notice it helps you become a little alert in the morning. Also I take my lexapro at night since it is a sedative. The first few weeks of Lex I had some anxiety agitation. But it subsided after a couple of weeks. Good luck. In my experience Wellbutrin and Lexapro have been a pretty good combo.
