I DO feel somewhat better for having gone down to 25 mg. The 75mg took care of my depression (I guess...), but put me in an almost constant dream-like stuper.

I usually end up staying up all night to do my work since I feel so horrible durring the day. The cumulative sleep deprivation is really wearing on me. I can try to get myself back on a good schedule, but it never seems to work.Hello
In my case trimipramine greatly improves sleep without a hangover during the day, and since taking Zoloft for over a year, I never had suicidal thoughts or cried or felt miserable again.
Perhaps you might consider upping your Zoloft dosage again and trying 25 mg or 50 mg of the TCA trimipramine.
Disadvantage: like probably all TCAs , trimipramine also inhibits cognitive function to a certain degree.Best of luck
