Same here.
Nightime is my most peaceful time...even when not terribly depressed. But certainly the daytime is the worst when depressed.My guess is it has something to do with our body's Biorhythm Cycles. Our natural "energy" circulates in a predetermined manner every 24 hour period.
Evening must be a time when stress levels are low, or endorphins are high.I wonder if those across the Globe experience the same thing? I mean it is daytime here in Ohio
right now...so a person in China who has depression and/or anxiety feel better right now?
