Yes, it's very hard alot of the time. I have bipolar II and am on the Lamictal for the mood stabilization (I also take Prozac) I may end up going back to Depakote because it was more calming for me. I am currently on 75 mgs. Lamictal and feel much less agitation than I did at 150. I may even be able to stay on it but at a low dose, as you are.
