Hi TRIPP, I would assume that it would be safe to combine Revia (naltrexone) with AD's. I have however also read somewhere that Naltrexone can worsen depression, but I wouldn't let that deter you from using it in the form that you describe to help you in using it in way that would help you to stop using food as a drug and in turn being useful in treating obesity. hope that makes sense and is helpful for you!
