Thanks for your reply. When you say that it offers nothing, do you mean that because of its ingredients, you don't think it would have anything in it that would be effective?And, to answer your question, the things I would be trying to alleviate would be symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, anxiety, depression, having an extrememly hard time waking up before my body is ready (I've had this for years and suspect it might be Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome). I also think that I don't get a good night's sleep usually and was already looking into Melatonin. I've also gained an extreme amount of weight being on SSRIs. This product claims to help with all of those things because it boosts both serotonin and melatonin levels. Any thoughts?
