Not a pro but, I am 107.234567% sure that it most of it (prescribing) is a highly educated or sometimes an under educated guessing game!! I honestly think that is what 98% or more of pdocs do is throw it into the mix and if it works stick with it. If it does'nt then add and subtract is the next line of business!! Just my two cents.
You are very right ....what is doing what?
