My next plan of attack!- Carbamazepine + Nardil!!!

Got the script and bought the pills last night.
Doctor reckons I should take 100mg a day- seems a bit low....
All in all it appears safe with an MAOI, and their is literature to support this (unlike Remeron + MAOI)...
I have heard of Carbamazepine (tegretol) having great anti-panic and OCD utility in the correct patients.
So anyone with experince with this agent please tell all!!!
What dose?
Onset?
Dosing (ie bid, tds etc)
Side effects?
dose anyone have comments of its sfaety with Nardil???

Scott- Risperidone will probably be after this!!! (or maybe Clonidine or a TCA) (my doc isn't a big fan of Risperidone, but if push comes to shove, I'll get the script!)
