I think that Strattera (atomoxetine) *may* theoretically procure greater efficacy if it is prescribed in concert with Provigil - it's an interesting therapy. I'd like to know how it turns out if you are actually prescribed this undiscovered polypharmacy scenerio.
>I'm not sure if it's exactly published (that would take awhile) but this is coming from a sleep doc leading the world in pediatric add/sleep apnea coorelations who prescribes the combo... he said his patients have seen great results with the combo, and even dismissed the notion that I failed Provigil by itself as a reason not to pursue it.
