RLS and OCD toghether please help find a med combo

I suffer from RLS (Restless Legs syndrome),OCD and major depression. In my case all ssri that i've tried (effexor ,celexa,paxil, risperdal)increase by 300 % my rls problem. Now I'm on wellbutrin but this med doesn't help much for depression and ocd, but it doesn't increase rls.
My pdoc say that i can't take Mirapex for rls beacause of anxiety resulting of it and increase in ocd. I need an appropriate medication for those two diseases. Even my doc does not know what is appropriate for me. I'm only 24 years old and starting anti-parkinson med is not something that i want.

Please give some advices.
