I would like to know, personally. The person to talk to would be a smart pharmacist who does compounding. If you have a pharmacy school in your area, a faculty member could probably help you. They study binding agents quite a bit, and would probably know how to find out exactly what "inactive" ingredients changed from the old to new Nardil.
