> Hey all, I am just wondering .......is klonopin or xanax worse on short term memory? Or are all the benzos's and/or thier derivitives the same in this regard? Thanks
> Snapperhi snapper, chemist here...in my experience with the benzodiazepenes ativan, diazepam, halcion, versed (well, when i had my wisdom teeth pulled, so only once, and i.v.), dalmane, restoril, and klonopin, the versed was a mind-eraser, but that was the point. the benzodiazepine derivative xanax has proven *for me* to induce the most serious anterograde amnesia, although it is in my current cocktail. so, from my personal experience, i would say xanax...all the best, chemist
