I have very real concerns about my Internist or other specialists knowing about what psychotropic meds I'm on. (and none of it has to do with dr. shopping, etc.) But I do share concerns about possible drug interactions and that is why I agree with Diane's advice to use just one pharmacy- you can always ask your pharmacist, but my pharmacy has an automatic printout with any warnings based on the meds I have filled there- and there was one drug interaction that has come up so far. but no, unless you have filled out a disclosure form, they cannot share information.
