Wellbutrin doesn't really have a typical AD effect. Personally, I notice that it makes me more conversational, but it's not going to elevate your mood dramatically. I think it's best used in concert with another drug, since it seems to have good synergistic effects.

Lack of side effects is normal - that's the main reason it's used so frequently. I do notice slight "memory blips" when I take it - but then again my memory's never been good. I was told this is a relatively common side effect.
