I don't believe it should be a problem, but you need to check and see if there is a specific contraindication with the drug you have in mind. Anticholinergics, like antihistamines, are generally safe with MAOIs because they just block receptors and do not have the same effects on monoamine activity as do stimulants and drugs that block reuptake. It's true there is an inverse relationship between acetylcholine and dopamine, but the effects from adding an anticholinergic are so pathetically weak in comparison to adding a real stimulant that I do not believe that this is worth worrying about.
