QUESTION: How long for Wellbutrin???

Hey guys:
I was just wondering how long Wellbutrin SR takes before it really begins to kick-in? I've been on Wellbutrin for 3 weeks now and I still get slight nagging headaches from time to time? Will they eventually go away with time? HELP!!
Oh, by the way, what is the difference really between Wellbutrin SR and XL?
