I am exercising every day and still my clothes are getting tighter and tighter. I try to eat fruit and good stuff, but I crave carbs, chocolate (easter didn't help!).

Hi KindGirl,

Unfortunately increased appetite & carb cravings are common side effects of Remeron. I'm one of the lucky people who don't get it, so I don't know much about getting rid of the problem, although it does subside for most people. I have heard that using the H2 blocker Zantac antacid can counter it, but I haven't tried it myself.

Cheers,
Panda.
