I agree with most of the other feedback. My main side affects have been a little dizziness, sometimes headaches or a little nausea. They've gotten better as I've been on it. I have not gained weight. (Depakote -- ohmigod -- that'll put the weight on you.) I don't like having to take any drug, but as they go, Trileptal isn't bad.
