So it is about 4:30 am my time and I just had to share my very fascinating and interesting experience, with about the only people I know who would get what I am talking about, that is all of you.
So I got all the physical symptoms of a anxiety attack, my body went numb and I got that fire like pins and needles sensation exploding throughout my body and ending in my head, which feels like your brain is about to explode. The interesting thing about this time, is I didn't panic and I was able to become what I would call a remote observer in my own body. My heart didn't pound through my chest, it did flutter a bit, but didn't pound because I didn't panic and start to hyperventilate, because I wasn't freaking out about the physical symptoms, I just simply was able to observe.
I haven't had that feeling of panic in "along" time. Makes me start to think that maybe panic attacks aren't actually really panic attacks, but some kind of physical attacks, that cause a person to panic or become extremely anxious.
Anyone else out there that gets what I am talking about?
