I take Prozac (20mg) and Xanax XR (.5mg) with no compatiblity problems. I don't think SSRIs + benzos have any problems as a general rule. For me this is not a perfect solution by any means but the P revs me up in the morning and I take the X at bedtime and sleep pretty well.
