CrazyChick, how have you dealt with your anxiety?

Need experience of UK people and anxiety.

I just started having panick attacks and anxiety out of the blue last weekend. Really scary and horrible, gave series thought to taking an overdose.

I heard you found Mirtazapine helpful, is that right?
Anything else?

I found a GP who prescribed me valium, which has kept me sane, but its not going to last for long.
Might ask my GP in Cambridge for some Mirtazapine.
