> I have been on Zoloft (50 mgs/day) since September for Depression. At the same time I also started taking Klonopin (.25 mgs/day) for depression related insomnia. Since January, I have had no sex drive what so ever. I don't ever want to have sex, and cannot orgasm when I do.

Theoretically, drugs that blockade serotonin 2A receptors might be more helpful for the orgasm problems. These would include Remeron, Serzone, trazodone, or perhaps even nortriptyline. All of these are sedating, and I believe you would find one or more of them helpful for your insomnia. The Wellbutrin is certainly indicated for the libido problem and has proven efficacy. There is some evidence that dopamine agonists (bromocriptine, Mirapex, etc.) may also be helpful for hypoactive sexual desire, but my opinion is that these have more side effects than does Wellbutrin.Todd
