Re: going off Klonopin, I would use the search features here. The advise seems to be: go very slow & I concur.
Re: Paxil CR. I am on day 5 - after many many years of long trials of various Anti-Ds and combos. Side effects are much less that regular Paxil for me. Too early to tell you how well it is working overall.
I now am forced to admit that Klonopin is causing some amount of increased depression. At first, it was a miracle and I had no choice at the time but to start it. Too long to go into, but involved a significant trauma.
Since I have such horrid GI problems with every other single Anti-D (SSRIs, SNRIs, TCAs, and MAOIs) out there, I am pleased to report that Paxil CR (thusfar) has been much less problematic in that one regard.
