Wanna.laff?...well,.i.was.getting.ready.for.my.appointment.2.weeks.ago.and.i.had.a.fone.call.to.say.physc.had.to.cancel.and.i.went.down.the.middle.of.the.list.again.all.because.there.is.only.one.consultant.physc.in.wales!!...Dont.it.just.make.u.mad?...I.was.raving.i.went.to.town.on.them.on.the.fone.!!..enough.is.enough.like.a.hole.frigging.yea.i.have.waited!!..anyway.i.rang.24hr.mental.health.help.line.was.crying.was.so.suicidal,.was.so.panicky.too..and.scared.they.foned.me.3.times.over.the.next.2.days.and.got.me.another.appointment.31st.march.!!
As.for.eating.a.balanced.diet.i.have.tryed.and.both.my.gyni.and.doc.have.said.do.the.atkins.as.i.need.to.cut.out.carbs.as.its.the.carbs.that.dont.fill.me.up.and.makes.me.hungrier.and.gain.weight.just.want.to.know.if.protein.diets.are.ok.with.ad's.due.to.the.protein.affect.in.an.ad?
