IT all depends on the treatment clinic and the parameters they use.

Both me and my mother (chronic insomniacs) Mother addicted to 60mg of Temazepam, and 9mg of bromazepam daily. Found profound sleep enhancing effects with the by using 10 hz over left prefrontal cortex.
