Can't help you out on the Lexapro... but I do know that even on only 75mgs of effexor, you'll have withdrawel symptoms. I've had vertigo, headaches and nausea... and that's the dose I was on for 6 months. MAKES ME SO MAD THAT OUR DOCTORS DON'T KNOW THE EFFECTS OF THIS DRUG!!! I'm tapering off now and feeling a little better. This posting board has helped me a lot... hang in there... you'll get through this.
