this confounds me about wellbutrin. I have been off and on it over the last 4 years. I know that it affects nicotinic receptors or something, and now it is acknowledged that cigarettes can help people think. Neuroscience/neuropsychiatry is more complex than I knew. Consumer education and common public health education is rubbish. All these systems overlap. It is multi-dimensional. The two poles of up and down are only a part of the picture and are rapidly becoming in adequate for me. I am not a science person at all, but I will need to be if I want to understand the intricacies of psychiatry.

That being said, it's mainly dopamine and NA. I guess I am more worried about interactions with other drugs than anything.
