If I do consider combining them, I am worried about seritonin symdrome. I am running out of option of meds to try, so combining manerix with celexa is a direction to go in. My pdoc said they have had some good respones to this combo,but I can not find any literature on this combination.I gave celexa a good trial on its own and alone with risperidone. With the risperidone in the mix I did have a good response for about a month than it stopped working.In the early nineties manerix worked well for me for about two years.
