> Thanks for your comments. I'm thinking that my 150mg Wellbutrin and 75mg Effexor might be good. Does anyone ever take the 150mg Effexor? Is it based on body weight?

No...

It's based on what doseage works best to give you relief of your symptoms. My doctor had me work up to 225mg, but found that I was having too many side effects; in other words being over-dosed. We worked it back down to 75mg. Turns out my system is very sensitive to meds. Has nothing to do with weight, as I'm a 205 lb. male.

You need to be very aware of whats going on with your body, what the common side effects are, how you feel before you start and how your feels change as you increase the doseage.

Take good notes and work closely with your doctor for best results. No question is stupid and no observation is unimportant if it's important to you. For example, don't be embarassed to tell your doc that you're having to urinate frequently and also that it's more difficult to urinate. (this happened to me.)

Your doctor won't know what's going on if you don't tell him or her.

Best wishes!

Tony
