Hi,
I never took Effexor but used to take lithium.
Last year, I smoked pot the day after I had taken Xanax and it was the weirdest and worst feeling I ever had. I'd smoked before and had no problems. That incident made me give up pot forever. Thankfully it only lasted about 1/2 and hour. I think there was still Xanax in my body and it interacted with the pot.
