I hate to get all nutritional on you. But low b12 levels and high MAO-B levels are significantly correlated. As well there is a pretty distinct association between Omega 3 deficiancy and dopamine/reward deficiancies.

I found that when I boosed my Omega 3 intake the stimulants worked much better.

Quite a few also notice tha tyrosine supplemenation can increase stimulant effectivness, and reduce crashing.
