Trileptal - Extreme anxiety HELP!!!

I've just started Trileptal because I needed something more calming than Lamictal. I am more anxious, nervous than ever. I'm only at 150 mg 2/day. I'm a wreck. Do I need higher dosage or what? I'm not calm at all. Help!!
