wat u guys do wen u obsess about ya breathing?

Lately, i been obsessing that i can't breath proply, mostly when i am out, it is begging to make me bk to square one when i used to obsess about me having a brain tumour till i got re asured by having an mri... what tests can i have to reasure me? i am a little worried cus i just weighed myself and i weigh 240 pounds and i am 5"9 i know i am overweight 42 pounds is what i have put on since starting remeron 8 mnths ago.. any help? advice much appreciated thanx xx
