strattera SE? brain shiver-like symptom

Greetings

I have been taking strattera 60 mgs/day for several months. Last week and just a few minutes ago I got a strange head-sensation. The feeling was close to the feeling of an effexor withdrawal "brian shiver" but not quite. It included a few seconds of intense dizzyness.

Has anyone else experienced this? If it's not a side-effect, should I be concerned?
