It sounds like the low doses of Paxil have been successful so far. Congrats!
Insomnia seems fairly common with SSRIs. You can always try a sleeping pill. Or, it's possible that it will go away in a few weeks. (I've been having a bit of insomnia on Lexapro and it seems to have tapered off a bit now that I'm nearing week 4)
I hope you continue to see progress on Paxil. It's so nice when you finally find the right drug!
