I want to come of remeron but how?

Hi, cut long story short !!! i been on remeron for 8 mnths, and am so depressed and ready to kill someone.... how can i come of remeron safely, and not end up in hopsital !! i take 30mg rem !! I can not have any benzos due to my depression!! thankx for any help again!!
