Have you tried taking the Strattera at a different time of day? I find that I am pretty mellow, if not sedated to the point of falling asleep, 2 hours after taking it. I'm not able to be anxious in that condition (though, unfortunately, can't function well, either. Because of this, I take it at night.)
If that doesn't work, maybe you could add an anti-anxiety drug. Or maybe take a smaller dose of Strattera?? I'm only on 60 now, and am starting to notice more things in my daily life that I've not been aware of before. Maybe reducing the dose would reduce your anxiety but still be effective for you? Hope this helps. I can really sympathize about having both ADHDE and SAD.
