It's always been 40 mg. as start up dose to knock out the depression then down to 30 mg. maintenance. For a brief period in '97, I had to go to 50 mg. to get the stuff moving along and my depression was very bad then. But last year, even with depression that had me immobilized, I was happy to see it fade at just 40 mg. I guess I feel the way I do about Parnate the way Ace feels about Nardil.
