I've tried all the stimulants at one time or another. I only got those weird isolated headaches from Ritalin/Concerta. Drinking a lot of water helped a little, and Aleve helped a bit too.
I have no idea why this happens - but I agree that the headaches are awful!!! Maybe try Straterra or Dexedrine...? Sorry I can't be more helpful!!
