Wellbutrin tolerance

Does tolerance to Wellbutrin develop very quickly? I've been on 300mg of the XL formula for a couple of months, and I feel like my response reached a plateau about two weeks ago, after which I've been feeling increasingly less effect (more tired, glum, withdrawn).
