Hello alan, don't know if this will answer your questions or not but I have been on Inderal for years for BP and migrains. Went on effexor a couple of months ago and BP only went up slightly. However I am experiencing sexual side effects ie extremely difficult to achieve ejaculation. Other than that the effexor has worked great for me!
