Does he get definsive when his feelings get hurt?

YUP VERY DEFENSIVE!

I would say that if mood stabilizers tend to work on him then he would have bipolar disorder. well. they do to an extext, zyprexa was the best so far for stablizing his mood.
But, I am not a doctor. Is there a history of Bipolar disorder in the family? no history, but i highly suspect my brother has bipolar disorder. and I know a long long time ago they put my grandmother on lithium (years and years before my birth)
Write back with some more detail and I might be able to be a little more descriptive.

I am just venting. Its hard to figure him out.
he is just difficult in his response to meds and he always suffers all the darn side effects.

Or, just vent some more. You are having a hard time and it is ok to vent. Karen
