i gained 70 lbs on effexor & remeron & ice cream. stopped all three and lost 20 lbs. in month and a half. started lexapro and lost another 20 lbs. in month and half. im also exercising - walking and running. the lexapro has not slowed me down. i feel like its actually helped me exercise.
