I'm by no means an expert but my son is on 100MG
Zoloft (which I am titrating to 75MG). He was on 50MG for 3 weeks and it didn't do much. At 100MG his panic attacks have disappeared and his anxiety and depression are on their way out. It takes a while to kick in at 100MG. At 50MG I don't know that it ever does? He seems to be abit too giddy and laughs inappropriately on a 100MG dose. Do a psycho babble search on Zoloft and you will get some more info. Best of Luck!
