i also have two children and often think about having another. i am on a cocktail of mendication that would not be safe for pregnancy. i don't know what would happen if i had to stop taking them. you have to weigh out whats best for you. if you are going to suffer for nine months in depths of depression is it that important to you. i struggle with this all the time especially since i work in birth. i come home and long for another baby. i can tell you that the ssri's are totally safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. so zoloft is an option.
