According to the prescribing information, 5mg of Lex is roughly equivalent to 20mg of Celexa. That has been my experience too. Just recently there was a mentioning of this on the board where I proposed the thought that the r-enantiomer that's removed from Celexa to create Lexapro actually inhibited the action of the more useful s-enantiomer. Zeugma backed this up with a link to a study... the thread was last week, I believe, if you feel like digging up the study.
