There's something about antidepressant drugs that doesn't mix with alcohol. You get drunk and queasy faster, and the hangover is worse. I'm not sure of the mechanism, but I think part of it is that your liver is metabolizing both the AD and the alcohol, so it's not as effective at clearing the alcohol from your system. At least you didn't vomit. I get throwing-up sick if I have more than 2 drinks on my meds. It's a great deterrent.
