Which would be better for non-response to Lexapro?

She is up to 30mg/day of Lexapro with no response after MANY weeks (more than enough that it should have kicked in) ... her pdoc suggested decreasing the Lex and adding Wellbutrin or else taking her off the Lex completely (tapering) and putting her on EffexorXR (titrating gradually).

Anybody have any idea which might be more effective? Has anyone been on Lex + Wellbutrin?
