rTMS is basically using a magnetic coil that exerts an alternating electromagnetic feild over the left prefronal cortex.
To answer denises question, I personally don't account the fish oil for my improvement. I know it helps a little but certainly not to the extent that I think the rTMS is helping.
The big problem I have with going off the celexa is that I basically usually go into a state of panic. I am very afraid that something will suddenly go wrong, so I almost go manic in my preparations for everything, to the point where I don't really know what is and what is not important. I get very unconfident about my memory and so I spend much time going over and over things to try and learn them but it just never 'clicks' if you know what I mean (that feeling as if you have learned it)
Anyway after each rTMS session I get a strong sence of 'it's ok' Something like how the world can simply not take away from me whats important.
I believe it is the BDNF that rTMS stimulates. I just suddenly get the feeling that no matter what happens here, I will be ok. If I fail every exam it will be ok, I can do something else. If I die right now of some strange disease it will be ok.Can't really explain it much more than that.
