Can relate to the heart attack feeling my doctor had upped me to 300 mg also but made me to tired and went back to 150 but still had problems. Tapering off did not help me just bit the bullet in the end and am still suffering side effects after 2 weeks since last pill which was only 50 mgms for a week.
